The assessment date for FY2024 is January 1st, 2023, with physical changes as of June 30, 2023. Annually, the Town of Franklin Assessors determine the Full and Fair Cash Value of properties as of the previous January 1st in accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws and the guidelines of the Department of Revenue.
